A well known Insurance Broker approached us as they required some outsourced support to contact and clean a significant dataset of prospect businesses from across the country. Their specialist team identified and prepared prospect businesses from a variety of sectors. Their strategic objective was to gain confirmed decision maker names, contact details and renewal dates from this new prospect dataset.

Solution:

Our client’s specialist teams already worked with a significant range and volume of clients from over 15 sectors and they wanted to not only expand their client base, but also to raise their firm’s name awareness in these verticals. Over a 12 month period we have called a database of circa 43,000 individual business records, obtaining circa 16,500 ‘clean’ policy ‘renewal’ dates.  

Results:

During the course of this campaign’s calling, Team Novus have also booked a significant number of fully qualified ‘specialist’ phone and ‘face-to-face’ appointments from our client’s targeted prospect database.
