How a European software firm was able to increase their reach to the UK and East/ West USA coast with Novus’s support

A leading software firm approached Novus to help increase the number of qualified new business appointments within the UK and also in the US. They had been struggling to get qualified leads and so the qualification process was key for them as well as a good number of US opportunities. 

Solution:

We worked with them to ensure that our understanding of their qualification needs was fully understood. We then worked on the cultural and timing differences between the US and UK to ensure we could maximise our time and client spend. Working directly with the sales team allowed strong communication and seamless prospect interaction. 

Results:

Over a 10-day period we booked 17 qualified appointments from both countries, resulting in new written business for our client and a closer relationship between our client and us. They have recently signed up for a further 50 day campaign.
